WEX Inc. commercial fleet clients that manage plug-in electrified vehicles will be able to pay for charging under a new partnership with ChargePoint, which now operates the nation's largest EV charging network with 65,000 global locations, according to WEX.
WEX, which is based in Portland, Maine, is making EV FleetCharge available to its 11 million cardholders. The service was developed with input from the U.S. General Services Administration. The agency tested the service in its public fleet of more than 200,000 vehicles.
David Breault, ChargePoint's senior manager of fleet solutions, will appear at WEX's booth 904 at the Government Fleet Expo on June 18 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. to answer questions.
