Hunter Engineering Company and TCS unveiled a new wheel alignment machine and point of sale integration through TireWorks HD at the 2018 SEMA Show.
The integration partnership allows shops to automatically integrate alignment results with work orders and a customer’s record. Furthermore, service providers can access alignment results from anywhere, which is even more beneficial to those with multiple rooftops - no more calling other shops to sift through past records.
In addition, the software offers an optional TCS Live Feed feature that allows customers to view their service and alignment history online, anywhere at anytime.
The Hunter-TCS integration works seamlessly and is easy to get started. Alignment work orders are automatically sent to the Hunter alignment machine, where technicians simply select the right job and begin the alignment straightaway. Once the alignment is complete, results are automatically linked to the work order and customer history; no paper or extra steps necessary. Basic integration requirements are a compatible Hunter alignment machine(s), TireWorks HD software and an internet connection.
The TCS suite of Business Management Software solutions empower businesses with the tools, resources and, most importantly, the support needed to maximize efficiency and profitability. By providing an unmatched user experience, a flexible framework, and robust tools for operational consistency, TCS helps dealers of all sizes to increase revenue, reduce expenses, and better serve their customers.
