Government Fleet Expo & Conference (GFX) is one month away, and time is running out to register at the early bird discounted rate. GFX attendees who register by May 18 will receive $100 off a Fleet Full Conference Pass, Supplier Pass, or Spouse pass. GFX 2018 takes place June 4-7 in San Diego, Calif., and attendees can register at governmentfleetexpo.com

  • The Fleet Full Conference Pass is open to public fleet employees and includes access to all sessions, keynotes, the exhibit hall, scheduled meals, and networking events. It also includes access to this year's add-on sessions, customer training from Assetworks and Faster. These sessions are only open to Fleet Full Conference Pass holders and are free with RSVP.
  • The Supplier Pass is open to suppliers, consultants, and others aligned with the industry. It includes access to all sessions, keynotes, the exhibit hall, scheduled meals, and networking events. It does not include add-on sessions.
  • The Spouse Pass includes access to the exhibit hall and lunch in the exhibit hall on Tuesday and Wednesday during the event.

Public fleet employees may also choose to register for a Fleet Exhibits Only Pass, which grants access to the exhibit hall as well as the GFX Block Party & Experience. This pass option is free, but it does not include access to any meals or educational programming.

Need a little help getting to the show? We've put together this Request for Approval kit to help get your supervisors on board, too. The free kit includes a template for a budget approval letter, along with some ways to sell the value of the event to management.

Register for GFX here by May 18 for the $100 discount. Registration will still be available after May 18 and will be available on-site at the non-discounted rate.
