Terex AWP’s Genie Z-60/37FE boom lift features a full-electric mode, which offers full-day, emissions-free performance on a single charge. It also features a hybrid mode that uses a 24 hp Tier 4 engine-powered generator to maintain the battery state of a charge or to supplement the battery power for a boost in machine performance.

The Genie Z-60/37FE offers 66 feet of working height; 36 feet, 7 inches of horizontal outreach; and 24 feet, 3 inches of up-and-over clearance. It is equipped with a 5-foot jib offering; 70 degree up and 65 degree down range of motion; and a 160-degree platform rotation. The platform is available in 6 feet or 8 feet with a capacity of 500 lbs., and it is able to take two people on board across the entire working envelope.

The hybrid system can also provide power directly to the four-wheel AC drive motors, allowing the system to combine the power of the diesel-driven generator and the 48V DC battery pack to maximize performance.

The four-wheel drive machine offers 45% gradeability and is capable of travelling 25% faster than other diesel-powered units. It also feature full-time active oscillating axles that increase wheel contact on irregular terrain, as well as its fully-sealed AC motors, which support drive performance even while submerged under 3 feet of water.

The boom features the Genie FastMast system, which enables the boom to be moved from full height to below grade and back.
