Case Construction Equipment’s SR240 and SV280 final Tier 4 skid steer loaders feature Case’s maintenance-free particulate matter catalyst solution.

Rated at 74 hp, these large-frame models deliver a best-in-class torque of 232 ft.-lbs., a bucket breakout force of up to 8,680 lbs., and standard hydraulics (24.2 gallons-per-minute (gpm)) and high-flow auxiliary (33.2 gpm). Weighing in at 7,400 lbs., the SR240 offers a rated operating capacity (ROC) of 2,400 lbs., while the new 8,090-lb. SV280 offers an ROC of 2,800 lbs.

The Tier 4 Final solution featured on both machines is entirely maintenance free, with no filters to maintain or fluids to add. Case’s particulate matter catalyst is a combination of a diesel oxidation catalyst (DOC) and a high-efficiency flow-through filter. The DOC oxidizes the machine’s exhaust to create heat and manage emissions. The remaining particulate matter then passes through to the filter where it is slowed and burned.

The machines feature best-in-class 360-degree visibility with a cab-forward design, skylight, and ultra-narrow wide side screens.
