Buyers Products now offers its barn door underbody toolboxes in smooth aluminum. The company also made a number of design improvements to this product, from new seals to added security.
The toolboxes feature a full perimeter D-bulb seal protecting against leaks. The underbody boxes that are 18-, 24-, and 30-inches wide have a single, left-swing door with a single point latch. Models that are 36-inches or wider have double barn doors and feature full access openings with no center post. A locking three-point, T-handle compression latch with low-friction roller also provides secure storage.
“All Buyers Products toolboxes provide sturdy and secure storage,” said Brian Smith, marketing manager at Buyers Products. “The new design of the aluminum barn door toolboxes also provides full access to the contents and leak-free storage.”
With TIG welded corners for optimum finish, the underbody toolboxes are available in 0.100-inch thick, polished diamond tread aluminum or 0.125-inch thick smooth aluminum. Oversized 1/4-inch pins with 1-inch knuckle aluminum hinges are bolted and riveted for easy service.
