The MP300 mobile pothole patching unit’s design is based on a 26,000 GVWR conventional chassis. It features a high-speed CAN-based microcontroller that operates all asphalt batch functions. Some of the unit’s features include:

  • Hydraulic pump pressure compensating 1.71 cubic inches/rev direct driven from air compressor PTO
  • Diesel-powered 60 cfm air compressor with ASE “B” direct-drive hydraulic pump provision.
  • Mix drum 36 inches in diameter with tapered end opening of 24 inches.
  • Track oil system that includes a ten-gallon water heater jacketed emulsion tank with temperature regulation and air-driven agitator.
