The Department of Public Works in Lancaster, Pa., is poised to begin construction on its 35,000-square-foot operations center, reported Lancaster Online.

The $10 million building includes a maintenance facility, fueling station, and parking, as well as space for 70 public works employees. Fleet maintenance is being completed at a temporary, leased facility because its old building was falling apart.

Construction is planned to be completed at the end of 2019.
