After an incident where a brand new water truck tipped on its side, the City of Bethel, Alaska, is changing its driver policy to mandate drug tests after minor collisions, KYUK reported.

Federal law requires drug tests after major accidents, but the city will impose this rule on the minor bumps and scrapes that are common in the city fleet. The city already drug tests drivers when they start their jobs.
