Dossier Systems announced that Jim Dyer has joined the company as regional account manager for the Midwest. Dyer will develop new business and serve existing Dossier customers.

Dyer brings a wealth of business experience and has been in the transportation industry for almost a decade, according to the company. He served as director of fleet sales at VNomics, Inc., and most recently was a regional sales manager at McLeod Software.
