A Chesterfield County, Va., man with a penchant for stealing emergency service vehicles has been charged with a second vehicle theft in less than six months.

Richmond Police on Feb. 14 charged Zachary D. Oakley, 20, with stealing a city fire truck. In late October, Oakley was arrested and charged with stealing an ambulance from the Tuckahoe Volunteer Rescue Squad.

The fire truck was stolen from the city's maintenance garage and recovered later the same day. It was undamaged and parked near the garage, reports the Richmond Times-Dispatch.
