The National Conference of State Fleet Administrators (NCSFA), an organization representing public sector fleet managers from states, universities, departments of transportation, and a number of municipalities, presented awards to two members of its community for fleet excellence. The NCSFA recognized these individuals at the group’s annual conference and business meeting in Atlantic City, N.J.
