The University of Arkansas – Fort Smith has selected a new fleet and motor pool management software system to manage 35 sedans, minivans, cargo vans, and club cars.
The University has selected the FleetCommander system from Agile Access Control. Previously to using this system, the University used paper trip logs, email reservations, and tracked preventive maintenance manually. The new system will allow the University to automate these tasks.
