The City of Muncie, Ind., Police Department is leasing 17 police vehicles to replace its aging cars, some of which are approaching 300,000 miles, according to The Star Press. The PD is purchasing 10 Ford Interceptors for patrol officers, five Chevrolet Malibus for investigators, and two Chevrolet Tahoes.
