You've registered, booked your hotel stay, and yet you're still nervous about an in-person event in an (almost) post-pandemic world.

We understand your hesitancy, and assure you safety is priority number one at the 2021 Government Fleet Expo & Conference (GFX), taking place November 15-17 in Orlando.

Venue health and safety guidelines can be viewed here. In addition to the hotel and venue guidelines, we are continually refining our safety plan based on guidance from the government, local authorities, our venue, other venues, partners, industry leaders, and a number of companies that have led the way for conferences, trade shows, and live events.  As a Bobit event, GFX will follow the protocols developed by our team of professionals, which comply with all official national, state, local, and venue guidance.

Hand sanitizer and hand washing stations will be available, and attendees are encouraged to promote physical distancing and wearing of masks.

A full list of steps being taken to ensure you remain healthy during the conference can be found here
