Tuffy Security Products has introduced the Model 335 Under Seat Security Drawer for 2011 and newer Ford Explorer and 2013 and newer Ford Police Interceptor models. The stealthy design fits beneath the driver or passenger front seats, completely out of sight from outside the vehicle.

Tuffy’s Model 335 drawer features heavy-duty, 16-gauge steel construction and utilizes a pick-resistant 10-tumbler double-bitted lock, as well as Tuffy's exclusive Pry-Guard patented locking system. The Pry-Guard latch mechanism uses 1/8-inch-thick high-strength steel, and includes built-in weather seals to control moisture and dust intrusion. A formed rib in the enclosure additionally strengthens the locking system, and the locking mechanism allows the cover to shut without being locked.

The lockbox design incorporates a heavy-duty fully extending drawer riding on a roller bearing slide system, with weather seals, and 100% welded construction. A convenient pull lever allows easy opening and closing of the drawer. Tuffy's exclusive bolt-blocker bracket adds security. The drawer must remain locked while operating the vehicle. It is finished in black textured powder coat, with optional foam inserts and carpeted liners available to cushion and protect the drawer's contents.

The drawer is easy to install and does not require drilling into the floor pan. It uses OEM seat mount points and bolts, only requires basic hand tools for installation, and does not interfere with the under-seat wiring harness. The drawer features a lockable storage volume in excess of 200 cubic inches.
