Smart-O plugs are designed to reduce the risk of damage to the oil pan, engine and environment. The oil drain/sump plug’s O-ring material expands on contact with oil and acts as a safe seal and thread lock mechanism to prevent loss of plug and engine oil.

Smart-O is re-usable, but for optimum performance should be changed once a year. Smart-O starter kits are available in four sizes. Each size contains 17 SKUs to cover most of the vehicles on the road, but vary in the amount of each plug depending upon popularity.
