Chanje's Medium-Duty Electric Van

Chanje Energy unveiled its Class 5 battery-electric commercial van at an Oct. 18 media and customer event in Fullerton, Calif. October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and public fleets across the country are unveiling pink vehicles to show their support for the cause.

The City of Oakland Fleet Management Division maintains about 1500 on-road assets across two locations. The fleet recently started a financing program, that allows it to catch up on vehicle purchases following a 12-year freeze on replacements.
