Vincent Hall, lead technician for Sarasota County, Fla., celebrated 35 years of service at the fleet this year. Hall started working for the county in 1982 as a front end alignment specialist, transitioning to service writer, automotive mechanic, and finally lead technician.

“He has been the lead technician here with us for the past five plus years and continues to excel and impress us all daily,” said Ron Kennedy, CEM, CPFP, fleet manager for the county. “He has been nicknamed the ‘enforcer’ by fellow technicians and is the go-to for all skill levels.”

Hall plans to retire in May 2019, which will give him 37 years of fleet service to Sarasota County. Upon his retirement, he plans to restore a 1970 Nova.
