The City of St. George, Utah, has opened a new fleet facility for repair and maintenance of larger vehicles and heavy equipment, the St. George News reported.

The $2.5 million facility features six bays, includes state-of-the-art equipment, and is designed to be energy efficient. It’s also ready for natural gas vehicles, which the city plans to invest in.

The city now has two fleet facilities to maintain its 900 units, said Courtney Stephens, fleet manager.
