IronPlanet has added a fifth day to a Cat Auction Services event in Kissimmee, Fla., that will feature more than 2,000 pieces of equipment offered for sale.

Ring Power Corp., one of the largest Cat dealers in North America, is hosting the auction that will run from Feb. 8-12. The event will begin at 9 a.m. each day.

The auction will feature a wide range of high-quality equipment from Caterpillar, Volvo, John Deere, Komatsu, JLG, Genie and more, according to IronPlanet. This year's auction will also include for the first time the participation of Wal-Mart, who is selling Cascadia Freightliners.

IronPlanet's innovative Leaderboard live auction technology will provide online bidders the the same views, videos and bidding experience as onsite bidders. The event is expected to reach a global audience in approximately 150 countries.

"I am very excited about the level of support from independent Cat dealers, leading OEMs, dealers, construction companies, rental companies, financial institutions, and other large fleet owners," said Gregory Owens, IronPlanet's chairman and chief executive. "The equipment that we will be auctioning, all backed by our IronClad Assurance, will be the best selection of late model, low hour equipment in the Florida auctions this year."
