Texas Police Add Seized Corvette Z06

The New Braunfels (Texas) Police Department has added a 2007 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 to its fleet, after the federal government awarded the vehicle to the agency in a bust of a large drug distribution ring in the area, reports Yahoo Autos.

The New Braunfels (Texas) Police Department has added a 2007 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 to its fleet, after the federal government awarded the vehicle to the agency in a bust of a large drug distribution ring in the area, reports Yahoo Autos.

The Drug Enforcement Agency distributed the car to the agency as part of an asset forfeiture seizure. The agency has painted the vehicle with a black-and-white color scheme that includes its patch and a disclaimer on the rear of the car, "This vehicle was seized from a Drug Dealer."

The agency has asked followers of its Facebook page aged 8 to 16 to help name the vehicle.
