May 9, 2014

A Dallas attorney representing a woman accused of killing her son filed a motion seeking the return of a vehicle seized by Frisco police during the investigation.

David Finn filed a motion seeking the return of a 2013 Lexus that was seized Jan. 29 from Pallavi Dhawan during the death investigation of 10-year-old Arnav Dhawan.
