Keith Condra, fleet management director for the Town of Fishers, Ind., resigned from his position earlier this month for personal reasons. Condra has worked for the town for 35 years, 31 of which were in the fire department.

After retiring from the fire department, Condra became the town’s first fleet management director, overseeing a new division responsible for more than 1,000 pieces of equipment. He also managed the construction of the first town-wide maintenance facility.

Within the first two years of operation, the shop had obtained an ASE Blue Seal of Excellence and was ranked among the 100 Best Fleets.

Condra plans to continue working in the fleet industry. He can be reached via e-mail here. The town is currently advertising for the position of fleet director.
