Scott County, Minn., has contracted to purchase AssetWorks' fleet management software application, FleetFocus, to manage its fleet of nearly 400 vehicles.

Scott County selected the fleet management software due to its functionality features that will meet its fleet maintenance needs now and for growth, according to AssetWorks.

FleetFocus tracks all functions related to the maintenance of vehicles and equipment, including processing repair and preventive maintenance PM work orders, capturing operating expenses — such as fuel, oil, and licensing — and offers billing and tracking for vehicle equipment usage.

The County also recently purchased Agile Access Control’s FleetCommander online motor pool management software for its fleet.
