Twenty-eight patrol vehicles in the City of Santa Barbara (Calif.) Police Department fleet are getting video cameras installed in an effort to protect the department from liability, according to Noozhawk.
The PD spent $220,000 on the cameras following a recommendation from the Santa Barbara Grand Jury.
