OLYMPIA, WA - Richard Weston, CEM, CPFP, retired May 31, as fleet manager for Thurston County, Wash. He joined Thurston County in January 1989.
Weston is also the past president of the Public Fleet Managers Association (PFMA), a fleet organization for government fleet managers in the states of Washington and Oregon. The PFMA, which was formed in 1993, has more than 100 members. Weston was president of the PFMA for eight years.
