C.W. “Bill” Malcolm, CPFP, director of Fleet Services for the City of Atlanta

ATLANTA - C.W. “Bill” Malcolm, CPFP, was named director of Fleet Services for the City of Atlanta. He began on Feb. 2.

At the City of Atlanta, Malcolm manages 3,573 on-road units and 2,739 off-road units. He replaced Tracey Woods, interim fleet services director, who continues with the City of Atlanta Department of Public Works’ Office of Fleet Services as the assistant director of business operations.

Previously, Malcolm was the fleet manager at Metro Nashville & Davidson County, Tenn., where he had been working for seven years. Before joining Metro Nashville, Malcolm was the fleet administrator for the State of Georgia and purchasing manager – fleet (fleet manager) for CSX Transportation in Jacksonville, Fla.

In 2010, Malcolm was nominated for the Public Sector Fleet Manager of the Year award.
