RED BLUFF, CA – The City of Red Bluff has hired Bruce Henz as its new public works director, according to the Contra Costa Times. His responsibilities will include overseeing a range of City departments, including fleet maintenance, engineering, water, wastewater maintenance, streets, and airport operations.

Henz is replacing Mark Barthel, the former public works director, who retired in June. The Times article said Henz has more than 30 years of experience as a registered civil engineer in California.
