WINFIELD, KS – Graham Frazier, the operational fleet services coordinator for the City of Winfield, Kan., passed away on June 14 after a seven-month battle with cancer. Born January 5, 1967, Frazier was 44. Frazier worked as the City’s fleet services coordinator since 1999, according to the obituary posted on the Miles Funeral Services website, and started working for the City in 1986.

According to the obituary, Graham was an active member of the community and served on the board of directors of the Cowley County Livestock Association, Cowley County Farm Bureau and Rural Water District 3. He was serving on the board of directors of the Valley Coop and Cowley County Extension Executive Board. Graham and his family were selected as the Cowley County Farm Bureau Farm Family of the year for 2011.

In his immediate family, Frazier is survived by his wife Jana Frazier, who he worked with operating a diversified cattle farm, called Frazier Farms, and his son, Kody Frazier.
