CHEBOYGAN, MI - The Michigan State Police (MSP) Cheboygan Post arrested a man involved in an alleged scam involving government fleet contracts on Jan. 3, according to a release on the MSP website

MSP is currently investigating an alleged fraud/scam complaint in which Bruno Val Novel, 43, posed as the new vendor for state and federal government vehicle fleet contracts, the release stated.
