LEXINGTON, KY - The State of North Dakota has just become the 31st state to join the Western States Contracting Alliance (WSCA) contract for vehicle lifts and related garage equipment, according to Mohawk Lifts.

North Dakota is also the 39th state to establish a contract for vehicle lifts.

WSCA was established to help participating states join together in cooperative multi-State contracting to achieve cost-effective and efficient acquisition of quality products and services. Cooperative purchases are developed by member states. There is no vendor list.

All governmental entities within WSCA states as well as authorized governmental entities in non-WSCA states are welcome to use the approved agreements. Cooperative purchasing benefits states as well as cities, counties, public schools and institutions of higher education. A "lead-state" model is used in undertaking cooperative multi-state contracts. Additional information is available at www.aboutwsca.org.
