MEMPHIS, TN – Estrice Boone, the City of Memphis' director of General Services, was forced to return his fixed-up, 2007 city-assigned Dodge Charger after receiving a written reprimand from Mayor Willie Herenton, according to WMC-TV. The vehicle reportedly had a hood scoop and "RT" Racing Technology logo on the grill.

Boone said the 2007 Dodge Charger was a wrecked Memphis Police Department car that General Services repaired using parts from other wrecked city vehicles. However, it was modified with custom paint, chrome-plated wheels, a scooped hood, dual exhaust and custom emblems, reported WMC-TV.
