October 3, 2007

LEXINGTON, KY - Four more states — Rhode Island, Iowa, West Virginia, and Colorado — have joined the Western State Contracting Alliance (WSCA) contract for a state contract that offers discounted prices and a multiple award schedule of vehicle lifts.

This contract, which was competitively bid, offers vehicle lifts from four manufacturers, has mandates for lowest government pricing, and also includes items such as tire changers, wheel balancers, alignment machines brake lathes, and exhaust evacuation equipment

To date, the states of Washington, California, Oregon, Arkansas, Missouri, South Dakota, Utah, Idaho, Arizona, Montana, Wyoming, Iowa, Colorado, Rhode Island, West Virginia, Florida, and Nevada have all joined this contract. Cities as well as counties and any government agency within these states can use this multiple award schedule contract, as well as any government agency in any non-contracted state can join in the contract.
