NORFOLK, VA – The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) has selected CCG Systems, Inc.’s FASTER Fleet Management System through a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission for Fuel/Fleet Management System Installation Services.

Deemed most responsive based on MoDOT’s evaluation criteria and meeting the RFP specifications of supporting up to 10,000 fleet units and accessed by up to 8,000 employees, CCG/FASTER was evaluated on the following:
  • Twenty percent experience, expertise and reliability.
  • Twenty percent proposed method of performance.
  • Twenty-five percent system and installation services cost.
  • Five percent recommendations from references.
  • Five percent overall clarity and quality of proposal.
  • Twenty-five percent other costs.

With approximately 6,000 MoDOT and 1,200 Missouri Highway Patrol fleet units, MoDOT includes about 400 operation complexes, 10 district offices, and a Central Office in constant need of uninterruptible gasoline and diesel fuel supply. FASTER’s fuel import utility interfaces with any fuel management system allowing for data capturing and inventory which is critical to this operation. CCG Systems, Inc. has written numerous interfaces to major automated fuel vendor systems and other outsourced agencies. Because CCG/FASTER writes the interface to the user’s exact transaction file, it does not matter where or how the data is collected.
