Carr Promoted to Assistant Director of Transportation Services at University of Washington

SEATTLE – David Carr has been promoted to assistant director of Transportation Services at the University of Washington in Seattle. Carr started his new duties on Jul. 1 in Commuter Services, which comprises U-PASS (transit) and Parking Services.

Previously, Carr managed the University of Washington Motor Pool. Assuming Carr’s prior responsibilities is Anne Eskridge, who shares the title of assistant director of Transportation Services and continues to oversee Property & Transport Services.
