Faulconer Retires as Fleet Administrator for Commonwealth of Massachusetts

BOSTON– Herb Faulconer has retired as fleet administrator for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Succeeding Faulconer as the new fleet administrator is Dan Bowen.
