Paragon Automotive Buys QEK Logistics Firm

LONDON, UK – The vehicle logistics company Paragon Automotive has acquired VAM (UK) and its vehicle services subsidiary QEK from their U.S. parent QEK Global Solutions, for an undisclosed consideration, according to the Web site www.autoindustry.co.uk.

QEK supplies UK national sales companies and their dealer networks with vehicle inventory management and remarketing services, and will remain based at Upper Heyford in Oxfordshire under current MD Jim Olexa. Paragon is based in Bedfordshire.
