GAINESVILLE, FL – Milton Reid was promoted to director of General Services for the City of Gainesville, Fla. Previously, he was director of fleet management for the City of Gainesville. The promotion occurred earlier last year. Reid was a past president of the National Association of Fleet Administrators.
