Battersby Named Fleet Manager for Contra Costa County

MARTINEZ, CA – Richard Battersby was named fleet manager for Contra Costa County in California. Battersby succeeds Frank Morgan, who left to become manager of fleet services bureau for the City of Long Beach, Calif.
