WEST JORDAN, UT – The National Conference of State Fleet Administrators (NCSFA) has set its next annual conference from Sept 10-14, 2007, in Hershey Pennsylvania at the Hershey resort. NCSFA was established in 1987 with a mission to encourage communication between state officials involved in fleet administration.
