YORK, PA - Charlie Webb, longtime maintenance manager for PennDOT in York County, no longer works for the state agency, according to agency spokesmen, as reported by the York Daily Record. Webb was hired by PennDOT in 1985, starting out as an assistant maintenance manager in Chester County before moving to York. He came to York as the maintenance manager in March 1992.
