City Worker Hits His Own Car Then Sues City

LODI, CA – Lodi city employee Curtis Gokey is suing the city for $4,800 in damages caused when a dump truck backed into Gokey’s car. Even though Gokey was the one driving the dump truck, according to the Associated Press, he and his wife have filed a claim under Gokey’s wife’s name. The claim is currently pending at Lodi City Hall, according to the Associated Press report.
