Nice as established an Arsenault office in Houston for the Southwest region. Arsenault also noted the company saw increased technology use in fleet maintenance, including Pocket Dossier for PDA handheld computers, used primarily by mobile technicians, supervisors, and executives. Arsenault said in 2006 he expects continued growth in the trend toward integration between Dossier and customer fleet’s enterprise management systems. “We will continue to build our talented technology development and management team, and our corporate offices will move to new, larger quarters,” Arsenault said, adding that more regional customer-service offices will also be established.
