Saltzgiver Assumes Senior Associate Position for Mercury and Associates Inc. and NCSFA Executive Director

GAITHERSBURG, MD – Effective Jan. 1, Steve Saltzgiver will assume the senior associate position with Mercury and Associates Inc. He is currently director of fleet operations for the state of Utah. His primary duties at Mercury will be to facilitate the contract just awarded by the National Conference of State Fleet Administrators (NCSFA) as its executive director. He replaces Joe O’Neill.Saltzgiver is a senior consultant with more than 30 years of experience in the fleet management and public transportation industry with the city of West Jordan, Utah, Utah Transit, and, for the last 12 years, the state of Utah, where he managed a statewide fleet of more than 10,000 vehicles. Saltzgiver has served as president of NCSFA, regional chair of the Rocky Mountain Fleet Management Association, and various task forces with the National Association of Fleet Administrators.
