OSWEGO, NY – Oswego Mayor John Gosek, the public official who loaned his city vehicle to a person who was not a city employee, apologized for using "poor judgment," according to the Palladium-Times. Due to the incident, Councilor Barbara Donahue asked for city vehicles to have highly visible seals, excluding undercover vehicles, as soon as possible. The very next day Mayor Gosek placed seals on the first city vehicle, his Chevrolet Impala, according to the Palladium-Times.
