SACRAMENTO, CA – The Diesel Emissions Reduction for Public Agency and Utility Fleets Conference is scheduled to be held on April 4-5 at the Sacramento Convention Center in Sacramento, Calif. The conference is open to many including county/city fleet managers, municipality and utility vehicle managers, and government public agency and environmental staff. The conference is co-sponsored by Caterpillar, the Sacramento Clean Cities Coalition, Cleaire, and others. The conference will provide an overview of the proposed California Air Resources Board (CARB) Public Fleet regulation, pollution control options, and the use of new lower-polluting technologies for heavy-duty diesel vehicles owned and/or operated by public agencies and utilities.
