John Clark to Retire as Director of Transportation Services

LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA – Effective March 1, 2005, John Clark is scheduled to retire as director of transportation services for Loudoun County, as announced by County Administrator Kirby M. Bowers.

Clark was named the county's first director of transportation services in October 2001. Before then, he was with the Department of Public Works and Transportation in Montgomery County, Md., from 1975-2001.
