INDIANAPOLIS – A high speed chase started on Interstate 69 when a man driving a stolen dump truck crashed into a state highway vehicle and kept going, according to www.theindychannel.com. Police chased the vehicle for more than 20 miles before the man was arrested.

William H. Reed was driving the dump truck going south on I-69 in Delaware County when he struck the state-owned vehicle. The chase ended near Pendleton where police placed stop sticks in the dump truck's path. The truck ran over the sticks and came to a stop. Authorities believe the truck was stolen from Somerset, Ky.
