Networkcar Receives Federal Supply Contract

January 26, 2005

SAN DIEGO – Networkcar announced that it has been awarded a U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Supply Schedule Contract. The contract gives U.S. federal agencies, as well as state and local government agencies, the ability to purchase Networkcar's products and related services in a streamlined manner at negotiated rates.

The ease of ordering provided by this contract will allow Networkcar to further the use of its Networkfleet solution by government and military fleets. Networkfleet can help government and military fleets better manage the location, performance and operating condition of their fleet vehicles through the use of GPS tracking and remote diagnostics technology.

Networkfleet also records vehicle mileage and can automatically send it to GSA Fleet's Mileage Express system. This automation allows GSA leased fleets to reduce the time-consuming manual collection and data entry.
